Welcome to the website of the Capital East Phase One Leaseholder Association (CEPOLA). Our officially recognised association currently represents 216 of the 330 apartment owners in the six residential towers that comprise our development.

The towers, Aegean, Balearic, Baltic, Capital East, Coral and Marmara were built in 2005 by Barratt Homes on the Northern edge of the historic Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 in the London Borough of Newham; a stone’s throw from both the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and the Emirates ‘Airline’ Cable Car that connects the northern side of the Thames to the O2 Arena on the south bank.

Royal Victoria DLR station is a couple of minutes’ walk-away, as is Custom House DLR station, which will also be on the new Elizabeth Line, when it opens in 2022. Canary Wharf is 10 minutes away on the Jubilee Line, via the DLR to Canning Town www.tfl.gov.uk. 

When the Elizabeth Line is fully operational, Canary Wharf will be five minutes away, the West End, 20 minutes and Heathrow, 40 minutes; all in air-conditioned comfort, without changing trains www.crossrail.co.uk.
